Returns Policy
We do hope you will be delighted & completely satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase return your item to us within 14 days with a covering letter & order reference numbers & we will gladly exchange or refund your item. Please note returns will only be refunded or exchanged if item is unworn, unmarked & unaltered and returned in original packaging.
If your item is received faulty please notify us within 7 days & we will arrange a replacement, outside this time we can not guarantee a replacement & recommend you send the item for repair under the terms of the guarantee to the manufacture.
Where item is returned for exhange or refund you will not be refunded your postage unless goods are faulty.
Upon returning goods for exchange you will be charged for your return postage. When Returning goods for a full refund there will be a charge of £6 to cover our postage costs, this will be charged to your original payment card.
All refunds will be made within 7 days after received & made to original payment card.
We recommend you return goods to us well packaged and send by royal mail special delivery as it is your responsiblity until the item reaches us.
