Delivery Policy
All items above £24.99 will be despatched FREE of charge. All items under £24.99 will be despatched by royal mail recorded delivery and charged £2.50.
We are now offering delivery to countries in the Eu for a charge of £8.00 this will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Sign for.
All items under £69.99 will be delivered by royal mail recorded delivery, this usually takes 1 to 2 working days, if you require next day delivery please upgrade to special delivery which will be charged for at £5.99. All items above £69.99 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If you miss your delivery the post office will leave a card so you can go and collect from the local post office/sorting office.
Out of Stock, Coming Soon & Currently on Order Items: If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase we will inform you by email or telephone, we will backorder the item with our Suppliers and give you an estimated delivery time at which stage if you are not happy with the quoted time you can decide if you still wish to proceed or cancel the order.
Please be aware as stated on items that are currently on order/coming soon we have estimated 7-10 days but this is an unconfirmed timescale & until checked with our suppliers this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Please note we can only deliver to the registered card holders address.
Please be aware that special delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery however on most occasions you will still receive on Saturdays.
